Toshiba has such a vague warranty that they can refuse to warranty their computers LCD, I just found that out and there is nowhere in their warranty that mentions the LCD, they say the dead or stuck pixels are only cosmetic and it would need to be 10-14 pixels before they would consider the LCD defective they compare it to the paint on the Keyboard keys and the paint is not covered, the thing about their one year warranty is it does not matter if you had that computer for a month, they will send it back to you unrepaired...
