This morning by telephone I booked flights for my husband and self on Virgin Atlantic. As we fly with them regularly we both have quite a lot of Virgin Armiles. My husband had sufficient to book a free flight paying only for taxes and airport charges, I only had enough to pay for part of the flight and my total charge was considerably higher than his.
