I recently purchased a steering rack for my 1999 Pontiac from BestValueAutoParts.com. They had the best advertised price and assured me it was the correct part for my vehicle. The part arrived in a box without any packing material and was protruding from the box on one end. I made an appointment with my repair shop to install the part only to discover it was the wrong part. I emailed BestValueAutoParts.com to request an RA number which they gave me.
