I have booked tickets in make my trip.com I have faced a very bad Experience for my refund. They took more than 3 weeks for that refund and that too they refunded wrong amount. customer service is good for booking the tickets. after that there are no updates for the flight changes/ cancellations. when i call regarding the same they told me that i have to take care of that. -Sri read full review »
