I was a victim of a scam when using PayPal. Never trust sending anything to Lagos, Nigeria under any circumstance if the money has not been deposited into your account. To be extra safe, transfer that money to your bank account. NEVER do money transfers via Western Union, Money Gram, etc. YOU should not be putting out any kind of money.
