I have been on hold for 32 minutes. No body seems to be able to pick up the phone. This is the second day I have tried calling, two days ago I got transferred to endless voice mail. I left 4 messages, and have not gotten ONE call back! This is beyond poor customer service! They have already lost my future business, right now I am just trying to get service for products I purchased less than a month ago.
