I signed up for a DirectTV package, thinking service really could not get worse than cable service. They let me pick my 4 hour "window" for the installer. Picked a day and "am." Of course, installer never shows up. I called them repeatedly, got the run-around every single time. "Installer will call you in 30 minutes, I promise!" "He is on his way!" etc. Never showed, never called. Terrible. Stick with your cable company! read full review »
