This is LT Colonel Bill Gillam again, St Louis county. The CEO of MY Way Vacations is in the process of seeing that my membership is cancelled and the money returned. I have been in constant contact with her for several weeks. She is making changes to the program that was the subject of my complaint. This was by a company associated with her company, not her company. My Thanks and apologies. She is not a B???h. I hope she sees this. I will send her a personal apology when all is totally resolved.
