I have booked fights (see pages below) the first was with Netflights, once I received the paper work it had the wrong dates on it and as these dates had passed before I found out I lost the full cost of the fares. Despite trying to take this up with Netfilghts, all kept repeating is that I must have booked the wrong dates, which I insist that I did not; they did contact you to make sure that I did not fly, but despite this they still would not accept that it was their fault.
