I bought a laptop from Comet in the Janaury sales at 0% for 6 months. I signed the credit agreement and was advised that interest would be charged and I would have to pay the minimum amount by monthly direct debit after 6 months. I received a statement in July advising me the date the Direct Debit (minimum amount) would be claimed and details of how I could pay more using my internet banking to reduce the balance faster.
