I just want to inform everybody not to be deceived by the looks of its products being sold in coachworlds.com. I was one of the victims by this website. Before I made a purchase, I sent an email to one of its customer service representatives and asked if the coach products found in the website are authentic. The reply was YES, it is authentic. The pictures found in the website are really nice! But when I received the item coming from the seller, IT WAS DAMAGED, USED, AND FAKE!
