i order the system but never got it in the mail so i called them when i seen the charge to cancel because i never got it .The customer service lady told me that the post office never delivered it because they had the wrong address . So i told them i wanted to cancel & get my refund back.She told me that i didn't cancel within the 7 days so they thought it was ok to charge me 79.81 she said i will cancel you but you won't get a refund and hung up on me that was on 8/11/10 then on 8/13/10 i was charged again 19.95 out of my accout i will fight this because i didn't get anything & was charged 2x's ljlfores read full review »
