my motorole rival phone was freezing on all screens verizon replaced it with another Rival this one was bad also and I had to replace it again. I ask if they had a lot returned the answer was "no it a very good phone " again I had problems the next verizon rep told me that they had lots of returned rival's. she put me into another phone said it was comparable to the Rival .
