ordered a sower enclosure and stonetray on their website and paid in full.received a call 2 days later asking what hand the tray was did so and was told delivery would be imminent. had a call 2 days later from haulier saying delivery on the next thursday. wife stayed in all day no delivery, called them .arranged for fri, delivery turned up driver said he would struggle which didnt matter because goods were smashed signed document as damaged. phoned qs next day they were not aware, took 11 calls and 2 weeks before they aggreed to send another... read full review »
