On August 13th, 2010, while boarding US Airways flight 1669 from Punta Cana to Charlotte we experienced the most embarrassing situation perpetrated by an employee of Ventura Security, a "security company" outsourced by US Airways to handle a second tier of security measures for passengers boarding a US flight to the mainland.
