Petcetera located in Northhill Mall Calgary is the worst pet store to go to. The staff in the store, including store manager (Karen) not only provides bad customer service but have no knowledge in regards to pets. I was there 10 days ago and bought new supplies for my new puppy. I bought an exercise pen, food, and toys.
