I A.K.Srivastava, am having one Aquq guard- water purifier-model code-CB. This is uder Annual maintenance contract valid upto 18th August, 2010.As per condition printed on the back of AMC at Sl.no.3 iI am entitled to get replacement of candeles once in every year . AMC No 15595278 dt.20.08.2008 is for the period of 19.08.2008 to 18.082010. The first and only replacement was done on 20.08.2008.
