I had a bad experience with Konsortium bus service too. Last Friday, 13/8/10, I bought a ticket online for the bus departing at 7:45pm. I waited until it's over 8pm when the staff reported the bus arrived but didn't tell the platform clearly. I was unable to find the bus. When I went to the counter and asked again, one of the staff shouted the bus plate number but when I went to find again, the bus took off. I went to the counter to complaint and they asked me to take the bus departing at 8:30pm. The staff attitude was terribly rude... read full review »
