I purchased a new cellphone with vodacom& they advised me to get insurance for it and get it covered. I have been paying for the insurance up to date and have not missed a payment since the purchase. The cellphone got stolen and I tried to make a claim - the financial company that administers Insurance claims for Vodacom refuses to approve the insirance cover because they say that the contracty sim card that I purchased the phone with was not being used at the time of the theft.
