I purchased a 2010 Buick Lacross from this dealer and it only had one key. They said that they had ordered one form General Motors back in Dec.2009 when they received the car with only one key. I have had this car a month and I still do not have my other key. I am very worried if I lose this key, I will not be able to use my car. I think a month is plenty of time to receive my key. The dealer says they are at your mercy and when the key comes in I will get it. I need this 2nd key as soon as possible. Please see what you can do for me Thanks Bonnie read full review »
