I bought a washer/dryer (stack up) at Sears in Leon Plaza, Guanajuato, Mexico on 6/26/10. When they delivered it it was the wrong one (smaller capacity). The manager of appliances agreed to send me another one with the capacity that I paid for and told me that that new one was more expensive, but he will let me have it for the same price. When I got the new washer/dryer I noticed in the receipt he send me with the delivery people, that the new was cheaper than the one I bought first.
