My wife and I ate at this buffet on a Monday afternoon about 4:30. The place is very dark when coming in from the bright Phoenix sun and so the general filth of the place did not become obvious immediately. We paid for our two meals and a pot of hot tea and then proceded to obtain food from the steam table. Upon sitting down, we discovered the food was at best lukewarm.
