I ordered a transfer case for my vehicle and was told I had a one-year warranty. Less than six months later and less than 500 miles it was bad. They did not have access to their customer service, and when I finally called the "order line" they transerred me to the "manager" who did not return a call. Only when I threatened legal action did I get a call, which was rude and basically told me "tough ***". I will take this up with the State Attorney General; but in the meantime am a single-mom who was screwed. I would never do business with them. read full review »
