I have been a patient at Aspen Dental for a few years and have finally had enough. Every time I have an appointment, I have to be on top of them about what my insurance will cover - whether it's a routine cleaning/x-rays or a filling. They have done an x-ray that was not covered and then charged me for it at the end of the appointment. They have tried to give me a white filling twice even though my insurance only covers silver fillings. They literally balance bill me for every single appointment.
