First off I've never heard of DHL but I was told its a reputable shipping company in the states. I ordered a pair of coach shoes on the 13th of August. I got a call saying the driver attempted to drop off my package on the 19th. I called DHL and they told me that it'll be back out and I'll get it the next day. Well the guy never showed so I called back again. They basically told me the same thing as before. It'll be dropped off the next day. Still nothing.
