I have serious complaint to make at ICICI's desk regarding my credit card. The card had an outstanding of around Rs. 25000 long back and it was continued to be delivered at my old office's address. No one called me for any collection for almost one year. For the first time, I have been contacted now for a payment of Rs. 56000 that includes finance charges, late payment penalty and overlimit charges for all this time when the statement was not delivered at the right place and neither was I contacted to make any payments.
