Within 10 days of buying this mobile it had sound problem regarding which the customer support people told me it got software problem which requires me to keep my mobile with them for 7 days. But they did not gave me the handset and after making me wait for 2-3 hours asked me to return after 7 days which is repeated several more times. Finally they returned the handset without checking which on returning to home I found dead. For that I went to another customer care outlet which after keeping the cell for 3 months returned saying it is irreparable. read full review »
