Sir, I had purchases two number Intex brand mattresses from Homeshop 18 vide order No. 704476474 dated 14-07-2010. The order was placed through Net and the cost of pruduct was shown on net as sRs. 999/- each with electric power pump. I have received mattresses on 16-08-2010 without electric power pumps. I am residing in a small town and the power pump so required for these mattresses is not available here. So the mattresses are lying without use. Besides loss of money I feel cheated.
