I called First American Home Warranty when I realized that my A/C unit wasn't working properly. 8/3/10. Keep in mind my area is in the middle of a heat wave, with heat index readings up to 115. They sent someone out, 3 TIMES, who had no idea what he was doing. Over the course of 9 days, I was without air conditioning, save for the window unit I had to go out and buy so I could at least sleep comfortably.
