I had a very very bad experience with Nexus Holiday Chicago. I had canceled 4 tickets to Beijing of China booked with them due to AA delayed the flight schedule on May 2010. But the said amount of refund for the cancellation was never credited to my account. No matter of repeated mails and calls to customer care, but the company has failed to give me a satisfactory reply. This company is really a crap.Do NOT ever ever give money to this company, they are fraud, they don’t provide services that you expected or paid for... So, I consider myself defrauded and plan to file a small claims lawsuit to protect myself for lost. read full review »
