I had a similar experience as Cheryl. The customer service person answered right away and was very helpful in explaining what I needed to do to return the "free trial." She also explained that the 14-day "free trial" means that they won't bill you for 14 days after you've received it instead of billing right away. But they WILL then bill you for that first shipment.
