I just recently graduated from Veterinary Technology school, I will be a certified, trained, vet tech. One of the long-time employees there, who never went to school and is only on-the-job trained, performs procedures that are illegal for her to perform. I, and multiple others, have physically watched her neuter cats in their cages. No veterinarian, no supervision whatsoever.
