I too signed up for the free trial not realizing having to cancel the auto transfer of funds from my account. After my account had been hit the first time for 78.84 I called to cancel all future orders and received a return # I did exactly what I was told to do. The product was received but my account was never credited back. Then I received another shipment and was billed 84.79. I have been calling them for 3 months and still nothing just the same old lines " your information has been forwarded to refund department, you will receive a e-mail in 24-48 hrs.
