Very, very shady company--should have realized this before ordering. Their website is deliberately circular and confusing to navigate. There is no way to terminate accounts online or even instructions as to how to go about doing so. They "cancelled" my account, but actually didn't, then continued to send out unwanted shipments charged at a higher, non-member price--which means that they received the cancellation! They are very unethical. I haven't experienced this kind of deceit since the notorious Columbia House CD club. Please avoid this company.
