I bought an RCA clocl radio 6 weeks ago at Wal-mart in Canada. I can't turn the alarm off, the button doesn't work. try to find a website that you can contact RCA, I can't. forty dollars down the drain, and I can't get an exchange at Wal-mart, they don't carry the clock any more.
