I am currently so disgusted, annoyed and frustrated with Multi Choice. On 26 July 2010 an amount of R1 887, 75 was deducted from our account instead of R591. To date this has been an ongoing battle to get the money owing to us DUE TO THEIR error, negligence and incompetence !!! Upon seeing this LARGE deduction we contacted Multi Choice and after apologising for their error, promised to have the extra amount refunded to us.
