I made two hotel booking with agoda. the first one, they did not give me a way to change dates or cancel the booking and they charged me USD 142.42. I sent them a lot of emails, but they did not respond. I talked to them through the life chat support and they kept cutting some of the policy and paste and sent it back to me. finally I lost my money the second case I booked a hotel for 10 nights and when I arrived at the hotel I got shocked because it was less than 2 stars and they advertized it as 3 starts.
