I acquired tata indicom broadband service in Dec, 2009. I made bill payments for January, February and March in advance and was suppose to get the month of April free due to the advance payment scheme that was well published on their website. Some how these collection office personnel do not understand that there is a fault on their side that their sales office were not able to move on the information of my availing the scheme to them.
