I have bought the TV on 10 th May and registered the product in the website which is mandatory for the product to be installed. Once I scheduled the installation through website as per Customer Care suggestions, since then these people are just taking me in circles without providind solution of when teh product would be installed. Its already 20 days I brought the product without being installed. The only response for the 15 times I called them is the case is escalated and no action is being taken.
