I have just found out what fit-fac is. I did email them to ask why they were deductiong money from my account, but got no reply. I did try to oreder the acias berries as advertised on the internet, but it said there was a problem with my card. I didnt recive any products so thought nothing of it. They have been taking money from my account without my permission. I will now inform my bank to retrive these payments. How dare they fraud people like this.
