I have purchased the Samsung LCD TV 32" in Oct 2007. Warranty period is one year. Now I am facing the issues with the TV image clarity, its getting greener. I have raised the complaint with the Samsung customer care on 9th June, 2010 vide ref no. 8406179116. Based on my query, the customer service person has attended personally my query and advised me to change the LCD panel and given an estimate of Rs.25000/ for the repair.
