I recently bought a W395 phone. The issue is most of the Java Applications are not working. So I asked for a replacement with them. They asked me to go to the service center. Service center were telling me to bring the salesperson along with me to get the replacement. But the sales guy is asking for a certificate from the Service center(Jayanagar 4 Block). Whats worse is that my phone has reached about 1 hr call limit beyond which they will not replace. read full review »
