I purchased a Sony Ericsson G900 from HOtspot on 1st May 2010. The handset was found defective on the very first day, I should say the time I broked the seal standing at the outlet the handset 2 keys was not working. Since that day till date my handset is lying in the serive center and the company is not ready to replace the handset, they said they would repair it.
