I regret to inform that my complaint number 8415162891 asking for replacement of freeze shelfs which are all broken and the freeze during this summer is absolutely in non working condition has been pending since last one month. The constant calls to consumer care has bought no results and further there is an engineer Madan phone number 09582777048 who never visited our premises but got it officially recorded as the engineer had visited and ordered for the shelf’s of the freeze.
