For last 4 days internet banking facility is not working properly. On last three days there is a notification for that shown in the website but today without any notification service is completely stopped. When I try to contact in Customer care even after waiting for 15 min on the phone no body bother to attained the call. Due to that so many net transactions are held up and I have to pay late fees. Its a very very poor service I see in my 9 years of interaction with ICICI Bank. read full review »
