This is with reference to the complaint that I lodged with Airtel (Complain #0617351741) regarding incorrect balance deduction on my Airtel number 9741800553. I would like to brief you up with the details of the incident once again (this has been repeated umpteen times to AirTel customer support folks!) 9741800553 is a life time prepaid number converted sometime in Dec 2009.
