Have just spent an hour speaking with three c.s. reps and one supervisor and they refuse to refund the $87.47 they charged to my debit card four days early, either as a trial cancellation or a straight refund. The supervisor refused to give me any information on how to speak to her supervisor. They claim a ten day trial period, the terms and conditions on their website state 14 days. They claimed it wasn't their website, but I called them with the phone number listed there, and matched the shipped from address before making the last call... and they were able to access my account information.
