Waited for 3 months and got 2 different pairs of progressive lenses with 3 distance viewing. I could not use either pair to read in my office. (Could only see distance comfortably with them.) Could read print only by moving my head to about 6 different areas to find the "very tiny" reading area. I had a stiff neck every time I tried to wear them. Was forced to then get a progressive 2 distance lens, which I cant see distance with. The worst customer service experience I ever had in my whole life. Never want to set foot in that office again. This whole 3 month experience was a horrible ordeal !!! read full review »
