I hereby inform you that I have purchased my NOKIA handset N 6700, From M / S Shital Communication, VAPI, Gujarat vide bill number 809 dated 21st of December 2009. I came across the first problem in my handset in the month of early May 2010. My mobile became totally void that could not be switched on. I lost all my valuable business contacts and records.
