I purchased a Onida 21inch USB Ultraslim CTV on 1st July 2010.. The TV had an audio problem from Day 1. A complaint was lodged online on Vijay sales Website. When no action was taken, a call was lodged on their customer care - Pune . After 2 days, a technician from Onida came to check for the problem and took away some part stating its an IC / audio transistor problem which can be solved in 2 days.
